Who we are and how we work
Blooming Hotel Collective is an independant group of Benelux hotels, venues and places of interest representing themselves towards B2B markets such as sports, leisure and MICE. The representation and account management is done by Cédric Decaestecker and his team of travel industry professionals, clearly understanding the needs of you, the booker, destination, contracting- or travel manager.
We guide the travel professional to the right choices when completing the travel itinerary or completing their offer towards their clients. We negotiate on behalf of the hotel from initial offer to contract. Once the contract is set we link you to hotel reservations responsible to settle all final details such as rooming lists, accomodation needs, F&B requirements, payments, etc. We’re always at your disposal for any help at any stage.
